Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, paid holidays, paid vacation and sick days, bereavement pay, and a 401(k) plan.

Job Responsibilities

As a Residential Property Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for performing building structures and maintenance services for our residential and light commercial buildings. This includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, light carpentry, windows/doors, flooring, and other residential maintenance and repair tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair residential properties, including but not limited to apartments, office buildings, and retail centers.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing air filters, checking and replacing smoke detector batteries, and lubricating door hinges.
  • Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED minimum.
  • Prior full-time residential and/or property maintenance experience, minimum 5 years.
  • HVAC certification, a plus.
  • Basic computer knowledge, a plus.
  • The ability to speak, read, and write English clearly.
  • Lift and move at least 50 lbs safely.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
