About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Waxing Specialist to join our team at European Wax Center. As a Waxing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality waxing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Exclusive Comfort Wax to reveal beautiful skin and build confidence for every guest
  • Use your expertise in skin care to educate clients on our services, programs, and products
  • Build genuine relationships with clients while maintaining a sense of professionalism
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business

Requirements:

  • Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in California
  • Ability to work 25-40 hours per week
  • Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing situations
  • Professional appearance at all times
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours
  • Sales experience preferred
