Psychotherapist Professional

The Psychotherapist Professional will work closely with our team to assess and treat intellectual, mental health, and addiction disorders. This role requires a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, and the impact of trauma on individuals and communities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to promote emotional healing and personal growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance service delivery and outreach.
- Participate in case consultations and supervision to ensure best practices are applied.
- Contribute to ongoing program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed as a psychotherapist in the state of practice.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:**$**70,000 - $85,000** per year, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
