Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in The Villages, Florida. As a Physical Therapist (PT) in our Outpatient setting, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require physical therapy services to improve their mobility and function.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) who is licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in the state of Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Outpatient care. The Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services to patients in our Outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients to determine their physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in our Outpatient setting
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Outpatient care
  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice
