Job Title: Bellperson

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bellperson to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete reports and share information about the local area with guests
  • Move around the hotel and take a hands-on approach to work, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
  • Assist with tasks such as moving objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Valid license and clean driving record required (for shuttle driver role)
