The Operational Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, fostering a collaborative environment and driving results-oriented performance.

Main objectives include:

  1. Maximizing local office sales, starts, and closing targets
  2. Ensuring a minimum 90% customer satisfaction rate
  3. Maintaining a clean balance sheet with zero AR over 30 days
  4. Promoting timely project completion and meeting client expectations
  5. Negotiating and maintaining relationships with trade partners
  6. Managing permits, appraisals, and other essential documents

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A strategic mindset and strong work ethic
  • Fundamental understanding of financial statements and operational procedures
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
