As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with our commercial sales team, reseller channel partners, and distributor partners to drive channel relationship execution and ease of partnership.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate a frictionless sales process as the customer-facing front line team member
- Provide overall day-to-day support to ensure effective data management of all sales proposals and opportunities
- Manage multiple inputs on updates to customer portals, sales revenue, and opportunity forecasts
- Participate in business development/opportunity tracking calls and provide support to the marketing department
- Maintain effective communications with managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of the sales force
- Experience using Excel as a reporting and analytics tool to design, create, and improve complex reports and analytical views
- Ability to navigate organization to address challenges and get answers
- Desire to learn product portfolio and gain knowledge of the financial drivers of our business and that of our customers
- College Degree/Diploma in relevant course of study preferred, or high school with equivalent relevant work experience
- Competitive salary range: $21.48 - $27.00 per hour
