Clinical Services Team Leader

The Clinical Services Team Leader is accountable for overseeing a clinical services housing unit consisting of case management professionals.
Each team member is responsible for a caseload of individuals who have transitioned from homelessness.
This role encompasses substantial decision-making, supervisory, administrative, program management, and service delivery duties, including but not limited to site oversight, program enhancement, inter-team collaboration, and adherence to contracts and policies.
The ideal candidate will actively engage in fostering a program culture that prioritizes client needs, focuses on outcomes, and is committed to ongoing quality improvement.
A comprehensive understanding of relevant service delivery frameworks and strong experience with the homeless population is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of daily operations for the housing unit and clinical services team.
• Ensure compliance with the program's contractual commitments.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels to guarantee consistent service delivery to clients.
• Evaluate referrals from outreach teams and coordinate the intake process.
• Collaborate with building management and security personnel regarding maintenance and site-related issues.
• Offer on-call support to the program during evenings and weekends (shared among managers).
Qualifications:
Clinical Supervisor 1:
• LMSW or Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit or Marriage and Family Therapy Limited Permit.
• Relevant pre or post-Master's experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
Clinical Supervisor 2:
• LMSW or Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit or Marriage and Family Therapy Limited Permit.
• 2 years of relevant pre or post-Master's experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
Clinical Supervisor 3:
• LCSW, LMHC, LMFC.
• Relevant pre or post-Master's supervisory experience preferred.
OR
• LMSW or Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit or Marriage and Family Therapy Limited Permit.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in any field.
• 4 years of relevant experience in social services.
Additional Skills:
• Supervisory experience in housing or homeless services.
• Strong crisis intervention capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality services and program operations.
• Commitment to a housing-first and person-centered approach in client interactions.
• Experience with DHS CARES is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
