Warehouse Laborer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Laborer to join our team at 48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services. As a Warehouse Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient sorting and processing of pallets, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

• Sort and stack pallets to grade, ensuring all trash and debris are removed prior to returning to customers.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand, adhering to inventory control instructions.
• Move pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility, ensuring efficient use of space.
• Verify loads are secure and examine products to ensure conformance to quality standards.
• Utilize yard management systems to coordinate trailer moves and complete production paperwork with accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Relogistics standards.

• Good math, language, and reading skills, with attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions, including elements, heat, cold, and air particulate.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50-75 pounds, with frequent sitting, talking, hearing, walking, and using hands to handle, feel, and reach.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including eye protection, ear protection, and safety shoes.
• Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
