About the Role
As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your duties will include assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing support with mobility and transfer assistance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities as a CNA will include:
  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing support with mobility and transfer assistance
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with our clinical team
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school degree or equivalent, as well as one year of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting. You must also have a sympathetic attitude towards the care of the sick and be able to deal effectively with the demands of the job. A current CPR certification is preferred but not required. Finally, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
