Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team on a per diem basis. As a per diem RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Document patient information and progress in the electronic medical record
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
  • Current RN licensure in Washington State or ability to obtain
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a Med Surg setting or equivalent
