Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about our services and pricing.
  • Operate safely at all times and ensure that our trucks are equipped with necessary supplies and materials.
  • Make logistical decisions regarding job completion, including disposal, donation, and recycling.
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
  • Complete daily checklists and stay in regular contact with supervisors for guidance and assignments.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation to work.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds for extended periods.
  • Enjoy hard work, customer service, and helping others.

Compensation:

Enjoy excellent earning potential, including hourly pay, tips, and performance-based bonuses. Earn $13-$16 per hour with College Hunks Hauling Junk.
