Relay Resident Educator

At Uncommon Schools, we believe that every student deserves a high-quality education that prepares them for success in college and beyond. Our Teaching Residency Program is designed to provide aspiring educators with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to become effective teachers.
As a Resident, you will work alongside experienced teachers and mentors to develop your teaching skills and gain hands-on experience in the classroom. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
Our program is designed to be a two-year journey, with a focus on building your skills and confidence as a teacher. You will have the opportunity to work with students in grades K-12, and will be supported by a team of experienced educators and mentors.
Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment. You will also have the chance to work with students from diverse backgrounds and learn about the unique challenges and opportunities that they face.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75
- Letter of recommendation
- US Citizen or permanent resident status
Salary: $45,000
