Key Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and Implement Education Programs: Design and deliver educational programs to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management skills.
- Conduct Health Assessments: Perform comprehensive health assessments to identify patients' needs and develop plans to address them.
- Manage Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement efforts by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- License: Current RN licensure in the state of North Dakota or compact state agreement.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
This is a full-time position that requires occasional standing, walking, and lifting. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
