Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school district in California. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate students' communication and language skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' speech and language needs, taking into account their unique learning styles and abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a comprehensive support plan for students, ensuring that their communication and language skills are integrated into the classroom curriculum.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure that students are meeting their goals and making progress towards their full potential.
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and relevant regulations, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress, including progress reports and therapy notes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution.
  • Active California SLP license.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
