Position Summary
This role is open to the public, specifically U.S. Citizens and Nationals. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading merchandise while inspecting for any damages or shortages.
  • Verifying the type and quantity of goods received against provided documentation, reporting any discrepancies to a supervisor.
  • Assisting in the assembly and loading of merchandise based on requests.
  • Unpacking, sorting, and stocking items on shelves according to established Planogram (POG) guidelines.
  • Utilizing RF devices to support Planogram execution and shelf labeling.
  • Conducting periodic inventory checks and maintaining cleanliness in storage and sales areas.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in locating items and addressing general inquiries.

Work Environment
Work is conducted in well-lit areas, typically at a comfortable temperature, although aisles may be crowded with customers. The role may involve some exposure to warehouse conditions, which can vary in temperature.

Physical Requirements
The position requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting items up to 45 lbs independently, and heavier items with assistance.
