Travel Nurse Source is partnering with Cynet Health to find a skilled OR RN in Montgomery, Alabama.

Job Description

As a Surgical Nurse Specialist, you will conduct surgeries with a strong focus on laparoscopic procedures. You will collaborate in a unit that operates 2 rooms with robot cases daily. Your work will primarily involve General, GYN, and Urology specialties. You will manage a surgical team with a variety of patient types, including General, GYN, Urology, Vascular, Orthopedic, Pediatric Dental, Podiatry, ENT, and Robotics.

You will perform usual circulator or surgical technologist skills with robot experience required. You will participate in a rotating weekend schedule and be on-call one weeknight per week from 5:00 pm to 6:30 am. You will be prepared to take call one weekend day (24 hours) per month and one holiday (24 hours) if it falls during the contract period. Scrubs are provided by the facility. You will be required to float within the department, specifically to the Holding Room.
