* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Current licensure in the state of employment
* Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation
