Neurophysiologist (Myrtle Beach, SC)

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurophysiologist to join our team at Globus Medical. As a key member of our intraoperative neuromonitoring team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain detailed medical histories and consult with surgeons to determine patient structures at risk and modalities to be monitored.
- Communicate monitoring information to surgeons and surgical teams throughout the case.
- Display and label waveforms for marking, measuring, and calculating information such as latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times.
- Identify appropriate protocols and perform troubleshooting techniques to ensure accurate data collection.
- Complete all required documentation and prepare IOM logs, files, and timely file uploads.
- Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and conduct required maintenance checks.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and no previous professional experience.
- Must be CNIM eligible via one pathway as defined by the ABRET website.
- Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and/or human anatomy and physiology and/or technical troubleshooting preferred.
- Operating Room (OR) experience preferred.
- Ability to transport and set up equipment totaling 50lbs in a timely fashion in the operating room.
