About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Avionics Integration Organization Manager to join our team in Rancho Bernardo, CA.

Job Summary

This position will involve managing the Mission Systems NATO AGS development efforts and leading a cross-functional team for development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage technical activities between the NATO AGS stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead Engineering Change Proposals to include BOE development and long-term strategy.
  • Promote a collaborative environment between different disciplines and organizations resulting in teams that are able to effectively solve problems as they arise and proactively prevent things from becoming problems.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $204,900, based on the company's salary guidelines and industry standards.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of related engineering experience; OR a PhD in a STEM discipline with 6 years of related engineering experience.
  • Experience leading an engineering team or project.
  • Previous Cost Account Management (CAM) & EVMS duties and responsibilities.
