  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes for hotel guests accurately.
  • Focus on achieving daily occupancy and rate objectives.
  • Assign casino guests to the appropriate promotional or event blocks, ensuring correct entry allocations.
  • Maintain accurate data entry across all hotel and casino platforms.
  • Complete daily reporting and checklist tasks.
  • Sort and deliver mail, including bulk mailings.
  • Inform the Hotel Supervisor of any shortages in room or event block inventories.
  • Assist with customer service in baggage and coat check areas.
  • Welcome group guests visiting the establishment.
  • Provide exemplary service to both internal and external customers, reflecting the company’s values of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
  • Promptly report any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activities to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty, in accordance with the company’s Self-Reporting Policy.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform various other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Guest Service Center Agent or in a similar role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, attention to detail. Must communicate clearly with all customers. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential. Familiarity with hotel and casino systems is advantageous. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances. Strong computer proficiency is required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2 is necessary.
  • Special Requirements: Must successfully complete the Rising Star Hotel Comping Test.
