Job Overview

Care for the supervision and care needs of children ages newborn through school-age in a fun and flexible work environment at Crystal's Cuddle Bugs. Collaborate with lead staff in the classroom to ensure safety and supervision, as well as classroom management. This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with a focus on supporting children in reaching age-appropriate milestones.

As a Child Development Assistant, you will work closely with our team to provide a nurturing and engaging environment for our Cuddle Bugs. With a focus on education and care, this role is ideal for those passionate about supporting the development of young children.

Full-time aides with no experience or education in childcare typically start in the range of $16.69 - $17.12 hourly. Part-time positions are also available, with wages varying based on experience and education.

Choose from a 5-day 8-hour week or a 4-day 10-hour week, with flexible hours and days to meet your needs. Full-time, 40 hours weekly is desired, but we also offer part-time positions.

Schedules at Cuddle Bugs can be somewhat flexible to fit your needs. A typical full-time schedule might look like 8-hour days M-F or 10-hour days 4 days a week M-F. Inquire with our leadership team to see if we can tailor a schedule that works best for you.
