Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team at Hopebridge in Maumee, OH. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in creating a caring clinical setting for our patients and helping them develop essential skills.

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide effective therapy and ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
• Monitor daily progress notes and review instructional materials to optimize outcomes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.

• $18-$20 per hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification.
• Paid RBT Certification training.
