- QA Methodologies: Possess a deep understanding of QA methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including both Waterfall and Agile approaches.
- Test Consulting: Provide insights into test automation and process standardization, leading assessment initiatives.
- Database Proficiency: Strong grasp of SQL concepts with hands-on experience in Oracle and SQL Server databases.
- Test Coverage Assurance: Ensure thorough test coverage and requirement traceability; review test scenarios and cases diligently.
- Manual Testing Expertise: Extensive experience in various manual testing areas, including Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and End-to-End Testing.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation with detailed task descriptions and provide regular updates to the team.
- Test Methodology Development: Experience in creating and maintaining a robust Test methodology, including Test Estimation, Test Plans, and executing Test Cases.
- Reporting: Generate Test Execution Reports and Test Exit Reports, along with KPI and Metrics for status and risk reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development and business analysis teams to triage defects and clarify requirements.
- Ownership: Demonstrate independence and ownership in all assigned tasks.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
