We are seeking dedicated and skilled LPNs to join our Behavioral Health and Dementia community, where your expertise and empathy will make a profound impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver specialized care to patients with behavioral health challenges and dementia.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to uphold the highest standards of resident safety and wellbeing.
- Manage complex cases, offer emotional support, and work collaboratively with a care team to achieve successful outcomes.
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred, with a focus on behavioral health, geriatrics, or dementia care.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
