Job Title: Local Contract Nurse RN

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a local contract nurse RN for a Med-Surg position in Detroit, Michigan.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a local contract nurse RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 1 year current experience in Med-Surg.
  • Current RN licensure and certification in Med-Surg.
  • CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association.
