About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service. You will also be involved in driving sales growth and improving store performance through effective analysis and implementation of sales strategies.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for fashion and customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role. They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Supervising and mentoring the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service

* Driving sales growth and improving store performance through effective analysis and implementation of sales strategies

* Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that all customers receive a positive shopping experience

* Collaborating with other departments to achieve sales goals and improve store performance
