As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication and providing necessary services to help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans in response to changes in the patient's condition.

On a daily basis, you will be expected to provide clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)

  • One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing is preferred
  • Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
