Aerospace Manufacturing Bookkeeper

TennMax America Inc is seeking a highly skilled bookkeeping specialist with preferred experience in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer order entry and manage the purchasing process
  • Item master, BOM creation, and Job Orders setup
  • Process payroll
  • Maintain detailed bookkeeping records
  • Prepare and present location financials to stakeholders
  • Work autonomously to support business goals and maintain operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven accounting experience; associate's degree in accounting is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands on experience using an ERP system is preferred
