- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Specialty certification in physical therapy, such as Orthopedic or Neurological Physical Therapy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
