Key Responsibilities

The Retail Sales Associate will perform the following key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using a cash register and credit card machine
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor tidy
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, answering questions and making recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
