Job Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele.
  • Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by keeping an eye on patron intoxication levels and responding appropriately.
  • Identify and address any issues that may arise, working with management as needed to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Clean the bar and surrounding areas as needed, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Assist with any other duties specified by the Front of House/General Manager.
Requirements:
  • Some prior experience is required in either department. Bartenders must have TIPS Certification or be able to obtain it before starting.
  • Banquet experience is preferred but not required.
