Job SummaryWe are seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You will be an integral member of the patient care team, giving your patients the time and care they need, deserve, and desire.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional lifetime care to patients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough patient screenings and medical history documentation
- Stay up-to-date with continuing education and best practices in dentistry
- Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
- CPR Certification
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
