Language Pathologist Role

We are seeking an experienced Language Pathologist to join our team in the Isaac School District. As a key member of our Student Support Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with speech and language needs.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans, incorporating evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to student outcomes and service delivery.
- Possess a valid speech and language therapy certificate issued by the Arizona State Department of Education.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (Master's preferred).
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and families.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly desirable.
The salary range for this position is estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 annually. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
