Job Summary

Assist delivery drivers in unloading, checking the quality, and delivering products to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and inspect products at customer locations, ensuring quality and rotation.
  • Drive to various locations to assist drivers with deliveries.
  • Notify management when customers do not receive their entire order.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintain company equipment, adhere to driver safety rules, and perform pre-trip inspections.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with handcart and electric pallet jack operations.
  • Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
  • Familiarity with product delivery schedules.
Work Environment

Work in a cold warehouse environment, with frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to climb on and off the truck and work in confined spaces.
