Job Title: Credentialing Specialist

At MiSide Community Impact Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Specialist to join our team. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical staff credentials, while also supporting the organization's accreditation and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of credentialing for clinical staff, including review of new hire documents and ongoing credentialing requirements.
  • Support MiHealth leaders during program audits by verifying credentialing documents and training requirements.
  • Participate as a key member of the cross-functional team for maintaining CARF accreditation for MiHealth and the Health and Safety Committee.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or at least five years of demonstrated human resources work experience.
  • Three years' work experience as a human resources professional managing employee record maintenance, with a focus on credentialing of mental health providers.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with software systems for data management and reporting.
  • Prior union experience is helpful.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-Certified Professional (CP) preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 (Full-time, Non-Union).
