CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our cybersecurity sales efforts in a specific geographic region. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies, as well as a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams. You will be expected to develop and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales leadership and management of senior sales team members
  • Day-to-day personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives at key prospect accounts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com/CLARITY and other data analytics tools

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who can build executive relationships, articulate CrowdStrike's product and business strategies, and create demand that makes deals happen.
