About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join our team at Stretch Lab.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for boutique fitness, stretching, and mobility with a focus on delivering best-in-class client care in a fast-paced environment.

As a Fitness Specialist, you will work closely with clients to create customized stretching experiences, educate them on proper techniques, and help them achieve their goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
  • Educating clients on stretching techniques and mobility
  • Creating customized stretching experiences for clients

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in a related field (Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, etc.)
  • Experience working in a fitness or health environment
  • Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
  • Strong communication skills

Availability: Part-time approximately 20 hours per week. Shifts are generally 4-5 hours each and must be open to working evenings until 6:30 PM and Saturdays.
