Job Description

As a Landscape Operations Manager at NC Turf Care, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, and ensuring that all jobs are completed on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with customers, NCTC staff, and other contractors, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

  • Sales and Marketing: Assist with quoting, job needs, and meeting on site for pricing/quoting assistance.
  • Production: Coordinate with crews to ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Personnel: Follow up with employees' attendance, attire, and behavior.
