About the Role:

The Floor Technician will be responsible for cleaning floors and other interior/exterior community areas, maintaining a positive physical environment for residents, and assisting in maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean floors and other interior/exterior community areas
  • Maintain a positive physical environment for residents
  • Assist in maintaining established standards of practice
  • Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies

Requirements:
  • Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions
  • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
