Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring efficient and accurate member check-in and check-out processes.
  • Communicate effectively with members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of club services, amenities, and policies to provide informed support to members.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment, promoting membership retention and satisfaction.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting
  • Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and services
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
