Robot Technician

About this Role:
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of multiple robot cells, including Spot Robots, Mig Robots, Sealer Robots, and Material Handlers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop proactive management activities to identify root cause(s) to cell/robot performance with countermeasures.
- Understand and reset common robot alarms.
- Ensure that good information is included in reports for follow up.
- Able to perform multiple work processes as necessary with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Coordinate with Department management to complete all downtime reports to ensure accuracy and countermeasure follow up.
- Conduct regular Welding equipment preventative maintenance activity.
- Support New Model and Engineering with project implementation.
- Understand how robot Welding/Sealer Systems work.
- Understand how to manually operate all processes in area of responsibility.
- Follow up with a Dept quality group whenever changes are made to equipment.
Requirements:
>1 Year Robot Cell experience.
GED/High School Diploma desired, not required.
