This role involves providing non-clinical support services within the Peer Recovery Support Centers. The ideal candidate will leverage their own experiences to provide guidance and support to members.

Key Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prefer training and certification in recovery coaching or peer specialist.
  • Must have personal experience with mental health, substance use conditions, or family supporting a family member with behavioral health challenges; and be in recovery.
  • Strongly prefer demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
  • High energy level, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
