Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bilingual School Counselor or Social Worker to join our team at FullBloom. As a Family Connections Liaison, you will play a critical role in supporting students and families in overcoming challenges and achieving academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations to students and families.
- Consult and collaborate with school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions on behalf of eligible students.
- Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies and resources.
- Develop and implement parent involvement workshops and programs.
- Complete documentation in compliance with school district and FullBloom requirements.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in school counseling or social work.
- Active PA School Counseling Certification or Licensed Social Worker.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in virtual platforms, including Zoom.
