We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to provide temporary coverage for a leave of absence at a hospital. This role is expected to last approximately 6 weeks, during which time the successful candidate will be responsible for performing inpatient pharmacist duties, including order verification, medication management, and collaboration with healthcare staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Provide excellent patient care within a critical access hospital setting.
Position Details:
- Duration: Approximately 6 weeks.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shifts.
- Setting: 25-bed critical access hospital.
Ideal Candidate:
- Active pharmacist license.
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience (preferred).
- Ability to cover the entire duration of the leave.
