Job Title: Licensed Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurse to join our Memory Care team at The Timbers Skilled Nursing & Therapy. As a Licensed Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and safety for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality bedside care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Collect and monitor vital signs, and record significant conditions and reactions.
  • Modify residents' care plans and directives as needed, in conjunction with changes in their condition.
  • Keep residents' families and physicians informed of any changes in their behavior, medications, or health conditions.
Requirements:
  • Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License or Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment, preferred.
  • Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
