Job Summary: Provider Solutions & Development has an exciting opportunity for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Portland, Oregon.
About the Role: As a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ECGs and echocardiograms
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure and NP certification
- Experience working in cardiology or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
