Network Analyst Job Description

North Point Defense is seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join its team in Rome, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of network upgrades and special projects.
  • Consult with users to evaluate requirements and recommend designs.
  • Develop network performance criteria and measurement methods.
  • Perform technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Automate statistical research and reports.
  • Prepare, test, and implement computer programs for modeling and simulation tools.
  • Perform future worth economic selection studies on network upgrades and components.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Network Analysis or IT experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Current TS/SCI a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel out of state up to 4 times a year for a week or more in duration.
