Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Planning and Supply Chain Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for leading our Demand Planning efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Demand Planners and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure successful execution of Demand Planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 0-6 month horizon Demand Plan, broken down by category and customer, to ensure accurate forecasting and supply chain alignment.
  • Facilitate the ITP Demand Planning Process and weekly ITP Business Meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical support to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in forecasting accuracy and bias.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Demand Planning processes and systems.
  • Train and mentor a team of Demand Planners in all areas of Demand Planning, including forecasting, data analysis, and process improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on Demand Planning and leadership.
  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • Proven experience with SAP or other ERP/APS software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing environments, with ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
