Join Our Team at Everglades Boats as a Stockroom Supervisor Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Stockroom Supervisor Leader to join our team at Everglades Boats. With over 25 years of experience in the marine industry, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality boats that exceed our customers' expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization and cleanliness of our stockroom, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a solutions-driven mindset to support our facility's production goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom to facilitate easy access and identification of inventory.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control systems to reduce waste, overstocking, or stockouts.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to forecast material requirements and minimize disruptions.
  • Operate and maintain the company's ERP system (Sage Pro), ensuring inventory levels and materials are accurately tracked in real time.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or stockroom management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience operating and maintaining an ERP system (e.g., Sage Pro, SQL, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
